most Bento Box are around 300yen($2.5)〜500yen($4.5)! super good price!! I can't buy this price and same quality food in Canada. Japanese supermarket is SUPER NICE!!

Aeon and Ito yokado, seiyu, daiei are big supermarket in Japan.
My home town is Nagano. My favorite supermarket is TSURUYA! This supermarket is soooo good! If you visit Karuizawa in Nagano, you should visit tsuruya. you can buy tasty coffee and jam, spice.... and more!!
I will introduce about Tsuruya next time!
